Home which i want..

I want a house a little far from city(village is also good) which is a duplex house with a beautiful lawn in front of it having few chairs n swing in it surrounding few varieties of plants in the form of garden n some place for parking.

Coming to house, it should be a big one, entrance should have a few steps, a rod like fencing round the house have openings to the garden at 2 to 3 places , a balcony with a beautiful couch in it falling the morning sun rays on it, inside there should be room for library with a study table, near to this, a balcony where i ll sit n relax while reading, a kitchen ,dining n one rest room in the down floor, 2 r 3 bedrooms above depends on the space available n a balcony, the bedroom should have the facility to receive the sun rays in morning, balcony beside that , i do not need a full furnished house, one couch in balcony, books in the library, water in the house n some cooking items, i don't need beds, furniture n decorative items etc.. i need a bicycle, daily 1 news paper.

The paint should be the combination of white n brownish black color. the design of the building should be modern.
